Modular vs. Conventional
Modular construction offers many distinct advantages over conventional or "stick built" construction.
Reduced construction time
A modular home requires approximately six weeks for completion (sometimes as little as three weeks) compared to a conventional home which typically takes between fourteen and twenty weeks.
Higher quality product
Modular homes are produced in a controlled factory environment which provides consistent quality control and workmanship.
Avoid delays caused by weather conditions
Since weather is not a factor in the manufacturing of modular homes, our homes are built year round. Foundations can be installed in favorable weather and covered until your home is delivered. The house is erected and "weather tight" in one or two days. Since the homes arrive with only "finish work" left to be done, Martin Homes, Inc. can complete your modular regardless of weather.
