Each home comes fully equipped with the very highest standard features which you will not find in most modular homes:

KITCHENS: By far, these are the most well thoguht out kitchens you will find in the industry. Underfoot is no maintenance, no wax, cushiontone tile. Convenience, design and layout allow easy access to the spacious cabinets and to your stylish appliances. The standard stainless steel double sink and single lever faucet almost make kitchen chores a pleasure.

BATHS: Our baths are spacious and luxurious. Appointed with color coordinated fixtures (in your choice of colors) including a smooth finished one piece tub and shower, cultured marble vanities and Moen brand anti-scald faucets.

BEDROOMS: The decorating possibilities with our bedrooms are endless. All the closets feature breathable wire shelving which stays cleaner than solid wood. Many of the Master Suites feature their own bathroom with some even including a dressing area.

EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS: Our exterior plans are tried and true standards. Our homes are beautiful outside and in. But you, the homeowner, have the last word in design. Our experience and recommendations can guide you to flattering and distinctive exterior design.

Some of the finest features of our homes are not easily seen. But from the ground up, we've taken the time and done the research to deliver the best possible home.

FLOORS: We've installed "squeak insurance". The floor itself is tongue in grooved flooring that is glued and nailed to the cross braced floor joist.

ROOF: The rafters are designed to handle any snow load and the shingle application guarantees against roof leakage. Only maintenance free aluminum soffit and fascia are used.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY: We use only the finest insulation and plenty of it! Necessary inches are added in the ceiling, the exterior walls, and under the floors. This precaution translates to cost effective heating and cooling.

CONSTRUCTION: The cornerstone of our business is the essence of modular construction. Every home is built under controlled conditions by experienced craftsmen. Each job is specialized and performed by an expert in the field. Before it leaves the factory, your home is inspected by the manufacturer's Quality Control Manager who certifies that the right products were applied and that it was manufactured according to the most stringent codes of the state.
